Testimonials

We are very happy with the service and co-operation we get here. It's a two-way thing. Improvements? No improvements to suggest really, we get just what we need.

Of all the Test Houses we use we get the best progress, best technicians and best accounts dept from 3C Test, also the best coffee.

Presentation is important, the grandeur and opulence and the fresh clear-cut feel of your building is superb. Along with the new facilities it is exactly what we wanted for our testing. We are testing to stringent spec and the automotive connection here is important to us! In the past we have built up a good relationship with 3C through e mails and quite complex negotiations regarding our requirements. I enjoy coming here.

Suggestions for Improvements? Nothing can be improved, you have been spot on with everything, excellent, and your engineer has tried everything he can to help us. Your service has been far and beyond what we had asked for.

Our Testing was great - could not have been better, we were well looked after ? Very efficient! Your engineer was absolutely outstanding! No improvements to suggest we were happy with everything and our vehicle passed which made it even better.

I would like to thank you for your time yesterday, very much appreciated and I would like to say how impressed I was with your company structure and layout. Look forward to seeing you in the near future with some new products.

Agricultural & Forestry

Advances in technology have seen an increasing number of electrical and electronic devices being used in agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery. As in other areas of EMC, this has resulted in an increasing need for awareness of the operating environment of these products.

The automotive directive, 2004/104/EC, does not cover Agricultural and Forestry tractors and machinery. Instead the immunity requirements for this type of product are covered by the EMC Directive 89/336/EEC and the emissions requirements are covered by Directive 75/322/EEC. Subsequently, in contrast with 2004/104/EC, agricultural and forestry machinery is additionally subject to ESD testing and conducted transient testing. The justification for this is that in this environment, machinery and vehicles are not always self contained, but can be part of an overall system.
