With the increased level of 'radio pollution' and the radio spectrum becoming more congested there is a requirement to conduct on-site RF measurements. Evaluation of a particular site would be carried out to determine the electromagnetic environment of the site or buildings to assess the impact of power lines and /or adjacent radio transmitters.
For large or fixed systems, a test plan would be developed from the appropriate standards and the equipment under consideration would be tested for emissions and immunity to that standard, including surges, fast transients, ESD and dips & interrupts. An appropriate report detailing the tests and findings would be provided
The work would be carried out during the normal working day or alternatively evenings or weekends can be accommodated. All necessary equipment would be provided and the testing would be carried out by a fully qualified team of engineers.
